On Wednesday I had the pleasure of subbing half day for a wonderful 2nd grade class. When I sub I try to bring a book to share with the students. I decided to take Cookies: Bite Size Life Lessons by Amy Krouse Rosenthal. This adorable story talks about what it means to have manners using cookies. If you haven't read it I highly recommend it.
I was so excited that I had time to read this wonderful book to the students. It has some great messages. In fact, I love it so much I came home yesterday and made a cute activity book to go along with the story.
